Reservations can be made online, through travel agencies, or by contacting the lounge directly. Advanced booking is recommended to ensure availability. The lounge is accessible from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport. All Al Majlis customers prefer and find it most easy to make their reservations online. The Al Majlis webpage is available through the Dubai Airports website. Booking takes only a few minutes and can be done using a membership number.
All booking requests for services made through the Al Majlis web portal after 24 hours of the actual arrival or departure time will receive an email confirmation. Reservation requests for services within 24 hours are currently insufficient to formalise all of the service's requirements and may be refused. Requests for service within 24 hours cannot be completed through the online portal.
All online reservations will receive an auto-acknowledgement within 20 minutes of submission, followed by an email with the reservation status update within an hour. The reservation status update will notify the client of the booking's confirmation, or if the booking is not available, the customer will receive a regret auto-email and SMS message.

The current Al Majlis operation and reservations are handled from Terminal 3, near Exit 4 on the departure level. The facility now includes dedicated immigration and police screening sections for VIPs that use the Al Majlis facility.
Al Majlis' reservation service is available 24/7, and customers can request, cancel, or make changes via email (almajlis.reservations@dubaiairports.ae). The reservation team comprises of two reservation attendants who are responsible for swiftly receiving and responding to any Al Majlis reservation-related inquiries.
Although service requests can be made at any time, all service requests must have at least 24 hours' notice. This is due to the dedicated service and the need for prior agreements. This means that service requests for flights departing or arriving within 24 hours will be denied.
